With great food writing comes great responsibility. Since starting Plato Putas, co-workers look to us for restaurant recommendations and friends ask us to plan outings that involve memorable meals. Alison Fryer knows her cookbooks. She’s been working at The Cookbook Store in Toronto for 27 years and she’s read and tried thousands of recipes from all around the world.

I’ve got two words for you: paneer + enchiladas. Curious yet? Read on to see how this is a match made in heaven.

Wanna know where you can buy a jar of these crunchy delights? If your name is Snooki, or if you love pickles as much as I do, read on.

Here’s what qualifies me as a Pad Thai Expert:
1) I’ve been to Thailand (although I only saw tourists eating pad thai)
2) I’ve eaten a lot of pad thai
3) I really like a good pad thai
