Some might worry I’ve run off and joined a menacing all-girls bike gang, but rest assured that couldn’t be farther from the truth. There’s been a short hiatus on the blog (a combination of crazy duties working on Top Chef Canada and jetting off to Vietnam and Hong Kong with the other Double P co-founder, Jas) but I’m back. And so is the blog. In regards to that bike gang, well, the above photo was taken during one of the culinary highlights of our trip, “The Foodie” Tour by XO tours in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. If 4.5 hours of exploring Saigon’s non-touristy districts on the back of a scooter and eating with locals is your kinda thing, then book a flight, or at least come along for the ride.
